Process Summary–
We deliver the products listed on our website at Pan India, still you can confirm the availability of delivery of products at your area/zone by simply entering your pin-code mentioned below on the product page.
Once the order punched by you our system will take the order in process. After thorough inspection and quality check of the product and its condition; products are packed safely in protected packaging and handed over to our delivery partner.
Our delivery partner from the beginning of the dispatch till delivery of products to end-user (you) will be in constant communication with you whether its address confirmation or your available time at shipping address submitted by you. They will make it 100% convenient to bring your package at the earliest with utmost ease.
Our Shipping range :
At present we are shipping throughout India. We are soon going to accomplish our vision of shipping products at International level.
Once your order is placed at Devatripaints.com, it will be shipped within 24-48 hours in protected packaging at your given shipping address.
You will receive an email from Devatripaints.com with complete details of the tracking number and the courier company that will deliver your order. It will also be activated for online tracking status at our Courier Partner Portal once your order is dispatched from our warehouse and customer can easily track their order through provided tracking number and delivery partner info. We have our trusted courier/logistics partners and their details will be mentioned in the mail.
But in the event of non-availability of the customer, we will try again for 1 more delivery attempt , but if again unable to deliver due to non-availability of customer; then order will be returned back to the original source and customer need to contact at devatripaints@gmail.com for further communication & process.
Though our standard delivery time-frame can always be checked by entering pin-code at the product page. Yet our standard procedure of dispatching the order after it is placed is generally between 2 to 3 working days excluding Holiday’s/Sunday’s/Lockdown’s/Protests or Curfew’s.
In-case of situations such as events of sale/offers due to bulk order’s or shipping destination or time taken by delivery partner to deliver at your location, delivery might get a little-bit delayed of upto 2-3 days more.
Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if) extra depending on below shipping policy.
